What is an AI COO?
It's one AI that acts as the operations lead for your business. It has its own phone number and email, handles the day-to-day work and calls or messages you when it needs a decision. Think of it as an employee who knows everything about your business and works only for you.
Is this really a one-time fee?
Yes. You pay me once and there is no monthly fee to me. You do still pay the tools it runs on directly, mainly AI usage and phone minutes, which typically run about $50 to $200 a month depending on how much you use it. That money goes to those providers, not to me.
Where does my data live?
Your choice. In the local version I install it on your own computer, so your information stays with you and isn't sitting in someone else's cloud. If you'd rather not run anything locally, I can set it up in your own Claude account instead.
Do you need access to my computer?
For the local version, yes, for the length of the install. I connect remotely while you watch and my access ends at handover. I don't need to come to your office.
Will it make changes without asking me?
No. A human approves anything that is sent, deleted or spent. The same goes for upgrades: a weekly R&D agent looks for improvements and tests them, and nothing gets installed until you approve it. I keep a human in the loop until there is solid evidence it can run safely on its own.
What if I need something custom?
Custom work is $200 an hour. I'll tell you the estimate before I start so there are no surprises.
